To ensure consistent and reliable deliveries, all work is carried out in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015–certified quality management system. This system forms the basis for structured process control, documentation, inspection and continuous improvement.

Two-Level Quality Control

All components produced at Kvenna pass through our structured two-step inspection process to ensure full compliance with customer requirements, specifications and industry standards.

First Level

During and after machining, each part is inspected by the CNC operator using advanced dimensional control tools. Supported by our QA responsible, the operator verifies that all measurements are within tolerance before the part moves to the next stage.

Second Level

After dimensional approval and final deburring, every part undergoes a comprehensive QA inspection performed by our certified QA personnel. This includes verification of critical parameters, customer-specific inspection requirements and all necessary documentation.

Our quality system ensures that any non-conformities are handled systematically and that lessons learned feed into our continuous improvement process.
