Kvenna’s Machining Department specializes in high-precision machining of medium and large components at our 5,000 m² facility at Kvennaneset in Aalesund. With a combination of modern CNC technology and decades of hands-on experience, we deliver reliable, repeatable accuracy for demanding applications in the marine and subsea industries.

Our team of skilled operators and programmers work with a state-of-the-art machine fleet, including:

• 3 large CNC drilling and milling machines
• 4 CNC machining centres
• 2 CNC vertical turning machines with integrated drilling and milling units
• 3 CNC turning centres
• 5 CNC turning and drilling machines
• Several manually operated machines and saws

Our machining capabilities cover a wide range of dimensions, tolerances and material types — from small precision parts to large components. We continuously invest in equipment, tooling and operator training to maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and efficiency.
