Analyses
Kvenna performs mechanical analyses of components and assemblies, using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) as a core tool. Analyses help us understand material stresses, deformation, stability, temperature effects and the structural integrity of a design. FEA is used both for verification and to guide development in a simulation-driven design process.
Our main tool for numerical modelling is Ansys Mechanical, which enables us to solve cases such as static loads, transients, impact, thermal heat-up and cool-down, rigid body dynamics, natural frequencies (modal analyses), buckling, harmonic response and more. These analytical insights help ensure that our designs behave as intended under realistic conditions.
Most engineering tasks combine both design and analysis — one informing the other. Our long experience allows us to interpret results effectively and transform data into design improvements that enhance safety, efficiency and manufacturability.
